Synopsis
Jana is an Evangelical Protestant pastor in Slovenian outskirts. She has overcome childhood sexual abuse, father’s alcoholism and a rebellious youth marked with troubled relationships. She starts to feel trapped in her issues with the church officials. Even though she is deeply connected to her churchgoers, slowly she is becoming an outcast. She starts to question whether to leave her profession, which her family is strongly against. We follow her on her path of breaking free and stepping out from the pastorhood. She stands up for her own beliefs, tears down the church walls and confronts long buried family wounds in her personal catharsis.
