Synopsis
The Australian Jay Close travelled all over the world and saw plenty of different countries. However, it is only in Russia where he never gets bored. He has been living there for 17 years now and he still does not understand anything about this country. He worked as a cook on a ship, he was a chef in several Moscow restaurants, but now he lives in the countryside and makes cheese. It’s his new adventure.
