This Way

Film This way documents a tour that does not play out on the ordinary stages of rock clubs, but around all kinds of public spaces on the back of a truck. The band tries to show music as a means of communication across cultures that can express emotions and, most importantly, share them with others. And so, just like the tour on the truck was an expression of a certain kind of musical freedom, This Way is a little manifesto of filmmaking freedom. In today’s world, where filmmakers experience ever greater economic pressure in their work, we have decided to go back to the roots of cinematography and make a film primarily for the joy of it. In this way the band has joined a manifesto that more and more artists, musicians and filmmakers alike, are promoting in their work – DIY (do it yourself).
