Synopsis

Now eighty years old, Karel speaks about his actions, motivations, and reviews his life story in general. What it takes for a seemingly ordinary man to become a high-profile spy in a foreign country? And what does such decision make with man’s mind and soul, at the end?

IDF: The traces of support at Visions du Réel 2017
Visions du Réel, the Festival International de cinéma will be held from 21 to 29 April 2017 in Nyon, Switzerland. Thanks to the cooperation with IDF, the i dw Award was given to the best Doc Tank project during the East Doc Platform 2017.
