The Shovel is too Small

This film investigates the motivation behind the shock workers movement during the 40s and 50s of 20th Century and the youth work campaigns in socialistic Yugoslavia. Nowadays, the elderly people are sceptical about youth, accusing the new generation of being only after the material benefits. Formally meant to support the social development and to connect people, these work campaigns have lost their meaning and absurdly they now seem to be outdated, but still inspiring.
