Synopsis
The barbed wire from the Prut has a similar history to the destiny of Moldova in the USSR region. It lies along the river, not only through villages, yards, gardens, cemeteries. It passed through the lives of people. It appeared overnight, separating brothers from both sides of the Prut like the Berlin Wall did. As long as it has been up, the wire has rusted, poles have rotted, and people got tired of its presence. In the end, the wire has remained only as broken pieces of metal and in memories that still sting in the heart.
