Bondoc

A 78 years old chess master Dan Bondoc lives alone in a room in Bucharest. His only dream is to win the chess tournament organized in the memory of his late friend, the great Romanian chess player, Victor Ciocâltea. During few days, Bondoc is caught between the battles on the chess board against much younger opponents, the conscience of his futility and the feeling that his age is turning him into a helpless player.
