Synopsis
The story about an old woman trapped in Crimea, between Ukraine and Russia. The film shows how harsh political events affect a life of a small individual. The director – the grandson of the woman – observes and explores the social abandonment, family relations and political controversies that surround Babushka. The film is an attempt to find a solution for an aging woman, who doesn’t fit into her environment. Whether Babushka has to stay or to leave.
