Synopsis
“The Grand piano Shelter” is an exceptional initiative with no equals anywhere around the world. Brought to life by musicians Petr Aidu, Alexey Lyubimov and a restorer Alexey Stavickiy, it is aimed at repairing and preserving Czarist-era instruments otherwise doomed to death. The film tells a story of old grand pianos regaining their voices and thus giving us all a chance to see the link between generations and feel the breath of long-ago days. This is a tale of the triumph of music over time.
