Synopsis
Brain drain is a big problem of today's Russia. The best people are leaving to find a better life and self-realization. Russian government claims that it managed to create amazing conditions for international experienced scientists and that Russia is very attractive country for them now. In fact, reality is a bit different... This film tells the story of a certain person who has worked abroad for about 10 years and wants to return back to Russia now.
