Wild & Scenic Environmental Film Festival

SYRCL’s Wild & Scenic Environmental Film Festival inspires people and unites communities to heal the earth. It’s a festival for activists by activists. The event is organized and hosted by the South Yuba River Citizens League. For 26 years this grassroots environmental organization has been bringing the community together around the protection of the Yuba Watershed. At Wild & Scenic, film-goers are transformed into a congregation of committed activists, dedicated to saving our increasingly threatened planet. We show environmental and adventure films that illustrate the Earth’s beauty, the challenges facing our planet and the work communities are doing to protect the environment.
