Ella Shtyka is a cultural manager, documentary film producer, educator. 2023 Ella together with DocEdu Foundation (Poland) co-produces feature length documentary by Mariia Shevchenko Keepers of the Ruins and participates FILM+ programme with feature length documentary HZV, adequately yours 2021 Ella, together with the team of like-minded colleagues, established Indie Media Polis NGO to foster development through innovative cultural practices and media education, We create spaces for free communication of teenagers from different cities of Ukraine, where they learn to express their views through media.
