Born in 1971, Prague. Graduated in directing, animation and multimedia from FAMU. School films: “Magnetická zář” (“Magnetic Heat”), “Žlutošedý večer” (“Yellow-Grey Evening”), “Jablka smrti” (“Apples of Death”), “Sklizeň” (“Harvest”), “Tmou” (“Through Darkness”), “Filatelista” (“The Philatelist”), “Hoří” (“Fire”), “Školka” (“Kindergarten”), 35 mm drama “Terč” (“The Target”) in 2002. Professional experience: Czech Republic: directed various TV programmes (e.g. “60” – reports about music, “Na vlastní oči”, “Černá a bílá”, “ČT vize”, reports for show about animals “Miláčci”, etc.), videos, commercials. Worked on screenplays and as a programme editor (“Telebazar” 2003, “Jak na to” 2003), co-writes screenplays in drama and entertainment, e.g. “Muž, kterého chtějí” (“The Man They Want”) – co-author, assistant director (directed by Irena Pavlásková, 2004). Poland: while studying took part in feature film shoots, worked with Julius Machulski, Janek Petelski and others, translated the screenplay of “Kingsize” into Czech. He is able to bring together skills from drama, documentary, multimedia, photography and animation.
