Born in 1963 in Leningrad. In 1989 finished courses for scriptwriters with Lenfilm Studio. Was deputy editor-in-chief of the newspaper Peterburgsky Literator, was a literatury rewiewer for Radio Russia. He has been filming since 1996. Participant in and winner of film festivals.
