Adéla Kroupová (born in 1979) graduated from Faculty of Arts at the University of Ostrava in Literary Theory and Czech Literature. She is now finishing her studies at the Department of Screenwriting and Script Editing at FAMU in Prague. She writes screenplays for feature films and does the directing occasionally. Filmography: feature-length screenplays - Demons, Demons (2004); Rooster (2005); Admirable Magician (2006, awarded by Czech weekly Literární noviny); Nutria Breeder (2009, in progress); Dreadnought (2009).
