Hrayr Sargsyan studied at Yerevan State University of Theater and Cinema. Has worked at Bars Media documentary film studio as a director/cameraman and later became the leading director of the docu series "The Road". Has accomplished shootings in Tanzania, Uganda, Luxemburg, Belgium etc. "The Faces of the War" is his first feature film.
