Boštjan Virc is a European Film Award and César winning producer. He manages and co-owns production companies Studio Virc (Slovenia) and Levante Produzioni (Italy). He has co-produced with 12 countries so far and his projects were funded by various international funders and broadcasters and selected by major A-festivals, starting with the docu-fiction film Houston, We Have A Problem! in 2016. His recent documentary animation film Granny's Sexual Life, a Slovenian-French co-production with Arte and CNC won the EFA and César awards. The feature documentary Melting Dreams premiered in Thessaloniki in 2022 and is active in the festival circuit.
