Lana Pavkov (24) joined Soho Theatre and Pleasance Theatre in London, in 2010, working as assistant of director. In 2013 she re¬ceived the European Youth Award, in the category Fight Hunger, Poverty and Disease, volunteering for NGO- Coeliac Youth of Eu-rope. During her studies (Multimedia Directing, Academy of Arts, Novi Sad, 2012- ) she participated in various workshops such as Michael Chekhov/Actors Studio, Grotowski Lab/Katharina Sey¬ferth, Cinema City festival/Katrin Gebe, seminar ‘The future of European film from the perspective of young authors by respect¬ing gender equality’, Project Development Lab at Kratkofil Plus festival. Documentary workshop held by Mila Turajlić and Boris Mitić brought her closer to documentarist form. She took part at last years ZagrebDox pitching forum.
