Janka started her career in feature films with technical knowledge, management skills, a background in H&S, and acute analytical skills, Janka quickly established herself as a unique production individual able to support and manage every department of production, not only in the UK but also internationally. Janka returned to CZ a few days before the first C-19 lockdown. With the rise of C-19 cases worldwide and the entertainment industry facing one of the most challenging times, Janka moved back to H&S. Thanks to her experience in the ever-changing entertainment industry and the effects of the C-19 pandemic on people’s mental health she quickly realised there is a need for additional support for employees and freelancers.Janka is a promoter of mental wellbeing standards to be the new norm.
