Graduated from the Yerevan Pedagogical University’s Directing Department. Participated in TV Documentary Directing and TV Journalism workshops at Internews Armenia. Arman has produced over 15 TV documentaries for Armenian National TV, and as a freelance journalist for Internews Armenia, he produced more than 50 TV Reportages. Tutor at a number of different workshops and university classes at Moscow State University, VGIK, Russian Internews, and the South Caucasus Young Documentary Filmmakers Forum organized by Internews.
