She has over 15 years of experience in project coordination gained in the cultural and civic sphere. Since 2016, she has been working full time on VERZIÓ, first as Festival Coordinator; from 2021 as Managing Director, and since 2024 as Festival Director. She is responsible for the festival development strategy, supervision of the festival team, fundraising, partnerships, and grants management, and she is also part of the programming team. She is member of the KineDok Hungary team since 2020, and a board-member of MADOKE, the Hungarian Documentary Association since 2022.
