Victor Candeias is the DocNomads course director at ULHT Lisbon. He holds a Master in Film Studies, and since 2001 he is a faculty instructor on documentary and fiction subjects in the film BA and MA degree courses.
He has been both a producer and a director for short films, commissioned documentaries and commercial videos from 1990 to 2007.
