Andrew is a bicultural British-Assyrian documentary director currently living in Warsaw, Poland. He has 25 years of experience as a freelance producer- director, camera operator and journalist making films for BBC, Channel 4, and other UK and US broadcasters. He has shot and directed in 30 countries across the globe, on films ranging from character-led observational docs and major travelogue series, to hard-edged current affairs. His documentaries covered social justice, politics and investigations, and his work ranged from following earthquake survivors in Haiti, standing alongside troops on the frontline of the War on Terror in Mogadishu, to diving with shark fishermen off the Mozambique coast.
