After graduating from the National Dance Conservatory in Prague she worked as a solo artist in the Laterna magika theatre, as part of the National Theatre in Prague. She made her film debut in Love between the Raindrops where she played Pája. This has been followed by various roles in film, television as well as in theatre. She worked as an assistant director and a choreographer in theatre. Later she has become an 1st AD working with her husband, director Juraj Herz.
