Gintė holds a master’s degree in media anthropology. She developed several sensory anthropology and participatory photography projects during her master studies in Leiden and Heidelberg universities. Since graduation she has been mainly working in the area of film education. At the moment Gintė is taking her first steps into the documentary filmmaking – she is responsible for the script and production of the documentary film The Ancient Woods. Also, she is a co-creator of the interactive documentary of the same title.
