Since August 2006 – chief commissioning editor at Czech TV. 2004 – 2006, freelancer. 1993 – 2004, Krátký Film Praha, script editor, director. 1977 – 1992, Film Institute (now National Film Archive), academic researcher. 1970 – 1975, Faculty of Social Sciences and Journalism, Charles University. Filmography: Monographs: Drahomíra Vihanová, Václav Hapl, Zdeněk Smetana, Jan Špáta. Cooperated with film magazines and journals: reviews and critical texts about documentary films. Jury member at numerous international film festivals – 3x Krakow, Karlovy Vary, Finále Plzeň, Techfilm. Since 1993, she has made more than 80 documentary films. Among others, documentary programmes for Czech TV – “Posezení s Janem Burianem” (110 episodes since 1995), “Dokumentární film pro pamětníky” (28 episodes), “Kapitoly z českého animovaného filmu” (8 episodes) and a number of singles, e.g., “Vzpomínka na dlouhou pout” (55’), “Mezihry-Joseph Haydn” (55’), “Literárky” (58’), “Karikatura jako obraz světa” (58’), “Nová nová vlna” (59’), “Fanatik tvořivosti” (E.F.Burian) (59’), “Legenda o Kischovi” (58’), etc. In 2005, she made “Město poznamenané tragédií” (59´), a documentary film commissioned by the Terezín Memorial. 2007 – “Den pro devatery varhany” (52’), Czech TV. She has twice won the Trilobite Award and her films received several awards at documentary film festivals. 1986 - 2002, lecturer at FAMU, Department of Documentary Film. Since 2005, lecturer at Film Academy of Miroslav Ondříček (FAMO), Písek.
