Born 1975 in Halle/Saale, Germany. Graduated from Leipzig University with a degree in Cultural Sciences, Journalism and Ethnology. Worked freelance for museums and exhibitions before joining d.net sales / Deckert Distribution (2002 – today), ma.ja.de (2011 – today) and Egoli Tossell Film (2002 – 2011) as a festival manager for both documentary and fiction films. Lives in Leipzig.
