Elisa Avik is a media professional with a broad range of expertise and experience, who leads the Estonian media company Sync Media. She is a television producer and director with a Master's degree focused in Media management and television from Baltic Film and Media School. She focuses on telling real life stories and has produced, directed and edited several TV series including the documentary portrait series "Tanel and chicks", which has been nominated in best documentary category at "Heart of Europe" festival.
