Was born in 1974, in Tbilisi. In 1999 graduated from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, Faculty for Journalism. During the study he worked as freelance journalist for several newspapers, magazines and news agencies. In 1998—2004 participated in Program Student at the Hochschule fuer Fernsehen und Film Muenchen. In 2003—2004 graduated from the Bayerische Akademie fuer Fernsehen. Since 2009 he has been working as a reporter and editor-in-chief of the videoportal of the Human Rights Center and the head of video studio of the Human Rights Center.
