Katerina Kačerovská was born in 1978 in Brno, Czech Republic. Graduated from Charles University, currently studies animation at FAMU in Prague. Works as a script editor for Czech Television. Since 2006, programmer of Fresh Film Fest. She is also a screenwriter and directed several short animated films. Ivo Bystřičan, Kateřina Kačerovská and Radovan Síbrt co-directed, co-edited and co-wrote the film Prejudice Exchange, which won 2nd Prize in Goethe Institut competition in 2005.
