Illia Gladstein was born in Kyiv in 1985. Illia is producing documentaries with Phalanstery Films.
He is the founder and CEO of 86PROKAT - the first distributor of creative documentary films in Ukraine. Co-founder and program director of "86" IFFU in Slavutych, Ukraine.
