I have occupied myself with RUSSIAN LITERATURE and societies in CIS countries since 1997. I am working as a director of the Czech Centre in Kyiv, Ukraine.
My interest in the phenomenon of labor camps have brought me to the problem of HUMAN RIGHTS in the world in general. I have worked as a human rights officer/adviser for different organizations: People in Need, OSCE in Armenia, EUMM to Georgia. I am a member of the Czech Evaluation Society and focus on evaluations of development/human rights-oriented programms.
