Samira Kameli was born in 1991, Iran. Holds a bachelor degree in Project Management and a masters degree in MBA Marketing. Her master thesis title was "Marketing of independent Iranian films in global markets". She works as an editor and by now she edited films like "Consortium", "I am a simple human", "Shine on". Her first work as a director was on the documentary "Hands" in 2016.
