Synopse
A meditative documentary follows life of acclaimed translator Anna Kareninová.
Through personal diaries from trips to France and Italy, we set out together to meet
the rhythm of the language of Louis-Ferdinand Célin and Ezra Pound. The honesty with which she approaches their books demonstrates her love for language, which is as strong as for those closest to her. The film largely deals with her relationship with her late husband, the poet Petr Kabeš, and the loneliness that she had to deal with. The delicate touches of Céline, Pound and Kabeš reflect the fragile world of a woman who is found by the one she seeks.
