Born 1976, Inese studies in Latvian Academy of Culture as TV camerman/director. Her graduation film "Eksamens" (Exam) was one of most well recived and funiest films. and got award "Best debut film" in National festival Lielais Kristaps, Audience award in the festival Digniti&Work (Gdanska), selected for Krakow film festival
