Sasha comes from Yugoslavia and in 1995 she arrived to the UK. She studied Documentary film at the NFTS. She completed her MA and in 2005 her graduation film, Last Men Standing has been screened worldwide and won many international prices. Since then she has been working for the British broadcasters BBC and Channel making high standard television series that are dealing with complex social issues. Her series "Protecting Our Children" has been nominated for TV Bafta 2012. She is currently working on a series about brain suregeon for BBC2.
