Žofie has nearly 15 years of experience in the film and cultural industries. She has worked in production teams of film festivals such as IDFF Jihlava and One World, served as Program Manager at the international rough-cut workshop dok.incubator, and held roles as Head of Acquisition at the tech start-up Artinii, focused on public screenings, as well as at Eventival, the world’s no.1 festival management software.
With a professional background mainly in the distribution field, Žofie later joined the production company GPO Platform, where she became one of the producers, focusing on international partnerships. She currently works at one of the leading Czech production companies, Negativ, as International Sales and Festival Coordinator, and in parallel as Distribution Manager at Kuli Film.
