Joanna Baranowska (1981) is a graduate of Theater Studies, soon finishing her degree in Psychology. She studied Slavic Philology, Philosophy and Physiotherapy. A member of the selection committee for the International Competition of the Short Waves Festival. She has created and coordinated numerous multidisciplinary international art projects. She has a background as a creative producer, casting director, editor of humanities publications, anti-discrimination and LGBT+ script consultant, script doctor.
She currently works as a film curator and creative coach. Her main focus is the development of high-quality effective tools for supporting and strengthening emotional health and mental wellbeing in the film industry.
