Erika is a multidisciplinary UX Designer that inspires action. She serves a connection through interactive products and services. Employing user-focused strategies and deploying user-centric design, she helps shape platforms for change. She has designed interactive experiences for The Rockefeller Foundation, The Global Fund, The Metropolitan Museum of Art, and other nonprofit organizations. Erika also co-designed an interactive platform with the Sierra Club that enabled the environmental movement to drive activism online while mobilizing communities.
She holds a Bachelor in Fine Arts from The University of Texas at El Paso where she specialized in Graphic Design. As a Visual Design Instructor at General Assembly, Erika has honed her passion to enable others to find success visual and interaction design. Erika is a relentless inquirer, bacon lover, and triathlete in the making. She loves to cook almost as much as discovering hidden taquerias.
