I am an Icelandic director, producer, and doula with over 25 years of experience in filmmaking and visual arts. After studying dance in high school, I created my first dance film, which launched my journey in the arts. I thrive on creating experiences, and began with making art portraits and short films, then eventually expanded into feature filmmaking, blending cinematic storytelling with powerful social themes. As a birth doula, my deep connection to childbirth inspired my latest project, Birth and the Elements. Today, I combine photography, producing, and filmmaking to create socially conscious work, while curating films that spark meaningful change and foster dialogue.
