Synopsis
A fascinating voyage of the sailing ship Boomerang under the leadership of the experienced captain Jiří Zindulka to the distant shores of Greenland. Pure beauty, unbridled, yet so vulnerable nature in the ice... The documentary charts a voyage of almost 2000 nautical miles through the Arctic Ocean. But the expedition to places where frost and ice reign supreme was no mere adventure. The film adaptation by director Vladimír Šimek gives the viewer a glimpse into the authentic atmosphere of these wild places, to experience the stunning, yet so fragile beauty that goes beyond the simple human imagination. In addition to educating and entertaining, the film crew has prepared an extraordinary aesthetic experience for its viewers.
