In the end of 70s Wroclaw, city in the west-south of Poland, became one of the most important hubs of the new, independent music scene. The film brings up the story of how it was to be a young man in Poland at that time. The film follows the phenomenon of creation and development of independent rock scene in Wroclaw until today.
