Synopsis
At the very end of small village in the middle of Czech Republic is constitutional institutions over a hundred years old, which is used as a home care for mentally ill women. Fifteen years ago new director was called to action, he used to be a major in army of special pyrotechnics forces. And now he is in the war with the villagers, who are agains his plan to transformate this instutition in to comunity and intergrate his clients to the village life.
