The Plan

Documentary film Plan maps the process of the development of the new zoning plan of Prague since the year 2009. The word „zoning plan“ becomes a metaphor of the society‘s evolution and its movement in the 21st century. The film examines how an individual can influence the public affairs decision making process, it reveals the interests and motivations of civic activists and mechanisms of communal politics.The Plan tries to search for the ideological honesty, existence of the conception and the will to realize the vision, that can be build on even despite the skepticism that roams the society.
