Synopsis

Prague is one of the greatest tourists attractions the world has to offer.
Whether it be the medieval atmosphere or the Kafkaesque spirit, millions of people are drawn to it. But the Mother of all Cities also has a particular hidden
aspect – within sight of the Old Town Square´s Astronomical Clock and
Charles Bridge lives hundreds of rare species you´d hardly expect to see here.
The dormouses engage in territorial battles on the slopes in sight of Prague castle. Not far from the famous writer Kafka´s grave at New Jewish cemetery burying beetles are interring the carrion of a field mouse in order to safeguard their spoils form the ever-pestering flesh flies. These protagonists, as well as
many others, await you in search of the wild countryside within the Czech capital in a film for the entire family from the makers of the successful documentary the Wilder than Wilderness whose achievements included the nomination for the ECFA Award, the prize for the best European Documentary Film for Children and Young People.
