Graduated from Tallinn University with BA in film directing in 2005. He is one of the founders of Luxfilm and has been working there since it was established in 2005. He is presently developing the feature End of the Chain and the documentary Tõnis Mägi with Hermann as a director and The Polar Boy as a producer.
