Best project will receive Award for Best Pitching Project: DAE – Documentary Association of Europe Talent Encouragement Award
The DAE Award consists of free memberships for one year for the director(s) and producer(s) and a tailor-made consultancy session with DAE senior consultants. The prize is a talent encouragement award and offers access to the European documentary community.

Apply until April 13 to the Short Pitch Program for creators of short documentary films (up to 40 mins) from the region of Central and Eastern Europe. 5 selected short documentary film projects in the rough cut stage will be presented in the form of pitching to sales agents, distributors, and festival and TV representatives at Millenium Docs Against Gravity (Warsaw, Poland) on May 14, 2023.
The aim of the Short Pitch Program is to promote and support documentary cinema from the CEE area and provide a networking platform for filmmakers, producers and sales agents, distributors, festival and TV representatives. The pitching itself will be preceded by a short intensive training on how to pitch and followed by one on one meetings.
