The pandemic disrupted the distribution very severely. But not only the traditional cinema distribution suffers – the community-driven distribution projects, which heavily rely on their faithful fans, had to re-create their programmes and find new ways how to work with communities.
Representatives of three such projects will discuss and share their experience within this panel: Maja Lindquist (Doc Lounge, SE), Ivana Formanová (KineDok, CZ) and Kristýna Genttnerová (Promítej i ty, CZ). Moderated by Hana Kulhánková.
The panel discussion is part of IDF Industry Sessions and East Doc Platform 2021, organized by the Institute of Documentary Film in Prague.
