Synopsis
This film is a part of "Gender Montage: paradigms from post-soviet space" documentary film collection, supported by Network Women`s Program of Open Society Institute and Institute for Social and Gender policy (ISGP). The aouthors of this film, resembling a TV collage, assert that matriarchy is the natural form of social organization in Ukraine, as women traditionally play a major role in villages, local government and business.
