In the City of Osijek, from which many young people emigrate, football means much more than we can imagine. It means hope. The film follows Osijek FC as they try to become champions for the first time in their history in the extremely nerve-racking HNL season. The entire city is euphoric that year, people feel they have never been closer to the title and that that season could be THE season. At the same time, on the outskirts of the city, the club is building a state-of-the-art stadium, the most beautiful one in Croatia, which, after decades of harsh economic reality and the lack of perspective, acts as a light at the end of the tunnel.
